You only need 3 ingredients to make this delicious fudgy chocolate hazelnut cake!

600gchocolate hazelnut spread
4eggs, room temperature
160gplain flour
175gunsalted butter, softened
175gicing sugar
350gnutella
Crushed hazelnuts (optional)
You can stop at the cake, or make a simple 3 ingredient buttercream to go on top!
Preheat the oven to 160 C. Start by beating together the eggs and Nutella with an electric whisk. Once combined, sift over the flour and fold in.
Pour into a lined 22cm cake tin and spread out. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Meanwhile, beat together the icing sugar and softened butter. Add the Nutella, and beat again. If it's looking too thick, you can add a splash of milk.
Spread over the cooled cake, and top with crushed hazelnuts (optional). Enjoy!
